Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Waterloo Water Works of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, will meet in the office of the General Manager, 325 Sycamore Street, Waterloo, Iowa, at 8:45 a.m., local time, Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at which time and place said Board will conduct a public hearing on the proposed adoption of Plans and Specifications and Form of Contract for the 2019 Pavement Repairs Project at various locations in and around the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Rehabilitation shall be done in accordance with the attached bid specification documents. Bids will be received until 11:30 am on May 02, 2019, at the' office of the Community Development Board, Carnegie Annex, Suite 202, 620 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa. A tabulation of only complete bids will be conducted and a contract awarded as per the Community Developments Single Family Owner Occupied Housing Assistance Program guidelines. The Community Development Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
Sealed proposals will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at her office in the City Hall of the said City on the 25th day of April, 2019 until 1:00 p.m. for the construction of the FY 2019 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, Contract No. 964, as described in detail in the plans and specifications now on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
Request for Proposal Video Management System for City of Waterloo, Iowa Response Due Date: May 09, 2019 Must be submitted no later than 3:00 PM Central Time. The City will not accept system demonstrations until the time the RFP's have been received and reviewed. Meanwhile potential proposers are welcome to visit the site to learn about the existing system in preparing the RFP.
The Waterloo Community Development Board, acting through the City of Waterloo will be accepting sealed bids proposals from qualified contractors for the purpose of Lead Based Paint Hazard Control. It is anticipated that this bidding opportunity will open February 1, 2018 and close November of 2020.
