WATERLOO ELECTRIC SCOOTER PILOT PROGRAM

The City of Waterloo has implemented a two-year pilot program allowing two private operators to offer electric scooter rentals in Waterloo’s urban core and surrounding neighborhoods.  The program provides residents and visitors access to an economical and sustainable transportation option while allowing the City to evaluate the effectiveness of electric scooters as part of an overall transportation and mobility program. 

To report underage (under 18 years old) riders and unsafe rider behavior, please contact the following:

To suggest a location for a scooter corral in your area please contact:

  • Downtown parking: 319-291-2038 (Main Street Waterloo)
  • Parking outside downtown: 319-291-4267 (Public Works)
