City Council Meetings are held the first and third Mondays of the month at 5:30 PM with the exception of holidays. City Council meetings can be viewed LIVE on Mediacom channel 15 or digital channel 79.2 or on the city's YouTube Page, WaterlooCommunityTV.
The City of Waterloo will continue to hold City Council meetings as scheduled, however in response to COVID-19, elected officials and city staff will participate via Zoom videoconferencing.
If council chambers are closed to the public for city council meetings due to health and safety concerns from COVID-19, the city council meeting will be held electronically via Zoom. For information on how to participate in the electronic meeting, visit https://cityofwaterlooiowa.com/register or call the City Clerk’s Office at 319-291-4323. The public may email comments to email@example.com, which will be read during the public hearing. Please state the public hearing item on which you wish to speak. If council chambers are open to the public for city council meetings, the public may attend the meeting in person but is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
