My project is on a short turnaround for construction. Is phased-in permitting available?
Yes, contractor may obtain a phased-in permit for foundation, shell, etc.
The process is four weeks once submitted to the Planning & Zoning Committee to rezone. Then the City Council will have three readings before zoning. The four -week timetable is based on regularly scheduled meetings. Special meetings can be held if zoning needs to happen sooner than four weeks.
